Course description
The master's programme "Electrical Communication Engineering" (ECE) is offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Students who complete the programme earn an M.Sc. degree. The goal is to prepare students for various roles in electrical communications, whether in academia or industry. Graduates can pursue a PhD or work in research and development, consulting, operations and maintenance, patent issues, and project acquisition. This programme is designed for students with a B.Sc. degree in communication technology or a related field. It spans three semesters, or one and a half years. The first two semesters focus on courses, seminars, and lab training, covering a wide range of topics. The third semester is dedicated solely to the final thesis module. The ECE programme equips students with the skills needed to excel in their chosen careers, providing a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical communication engineering.
