What exactly is “big data”? How can data analytics bring us closer to our customers? How do you start a data analytics project? In the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics programme at HNU, you will learn to transform a business into a “data-based enterprise.” This means turning vast, complex data sets—known as “big data”—into actionable insights for making informed business decisions. You’ll explore how data analytics can be applied in various fields such as marketing, logistics, controlling, and customer relationship management. This program equips you with the skills to convert overwhelming amounts of data into valuable knowledge, driving fact-based strategies and operations. By mastering these techniques, you’ll be able to enhance customer relationships, optimize supply chains, and improve overall business performance.
