Course description
Pursue an International Business Degree at THI Business School with a Future-Focused Profile! At THI Business School, the Global Economics and Business Management (GBM) degree program stands out by blending business and economics skills. Unlike most programs that focus on one or the other, GBM offers a unique mix, allowing you to understand a region of the world both economically and culturally. Which region? That’s up to you, based on your interests, and you’ll decide by the time you start your main course of study. The program is conducted in English and includes learning another foreign language. You’ll also spend a compulsory semester at a foreign partner university and complete an internship abroad in a global business environment, totaling one year abroad. Don’t worry, we provide various information events and contacts to guide you in making these decisions. In the basic course, you’ll build a strong foundation in subjects like business administration, microeconomics, macroeconomics, cross-cultural management, digital transformation, and organization and leadership. After this, you can choose from specializations such as international economics, global supply chain management, or international business models. Qualification Requirements
All applicants who acquired their university qualification in Germany or their Abitur certificate at a school with the German Abitur examination rules. Applicants who completed a Studienkolleg programme in Germany and whose certificate indicates a total average (average of foreign proof of education and average of determination exam). Graduates of the European schools in Germany (International Baccalaureate (IB): These applicants submit their certificates and a recognition of the certificate recognition office for the Free State of Bavaria with the calculated total grade and the "certificate on the calculation of the German average for the ZVS“. Applicants with AbiBac: These applicants need to submit their certificate and the "certification on the acquisition of the general university qualification" to Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences. Graduates of the German schools in Greece: Submit your certificate on the supplementary exam as well as the Apolitirio.
