Course description
HFT Stuttgart’s MEng in International Project Management (IPM) is tailored for professionals in construction, infrastructure, or engineering. This program prepares you to lead complex international projects. It attracts experienced postgraduates globally and offers two specializations: IBPM and IITM. The IBPM - International Building Project Management specialization equips you with the skills to manage complex superstructure projects. Whether you aim to work independently, as a lead consultant for an international firm, or as a leading architect or engineer, this specialization provides the necessary tools and knowledge. The IITM - International Infrastructure Technology & Management specialization focuses on developing and implementing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. It combines technical and managerial skills to ensure success in these endeavors. Every student must choose one of these specializations. While most IPM classes cover general project management and are held jointly, a portion of the curriculum is dedicated to these specializations to ensure thorough coverage of each field. Students gain soft skills and in-depth knowledge of the latest tools, processes, and organizational methods essential for delivering successful international projects. The program’s flexible, modular structure allows for full-time study or a combination of studies with part-time work, blending academic learning with practical experience.
