Course description
The Master's program emphasizes research-based learning centered on key issues of peace, conflict, and international politics. It delves into the dynamics and frameworks of violent conflicts, examining how these are intertwined with the broader landscape of international politics. The program also explores the potential for cooperation among various actors to address and manage such conflicts. Students will engage in critical re-evaluation and advancement of essential concepts, institutions, and strategies for violence prevention and peaceful conflict resolution. Beyond that, there are no further language requirements in this program. You do not need to prove knowledge of the German language.
Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations or a comparable subject is required for this Master’s degree program. The final grade (GPA) must be at least "good" (2.5, upper second class or equivalent). Applicants must provide proof of their knowledge of English at the level of B2/C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
