Course description
The B.Sc. in International Business Administration equips you with a business administration degree that has a global perspective. The language of study and examination in the Bachelor's degree program in International Business Administration is German. Courses and examinations can take place in English; around 40% of bachelor's courses are in English. It is assumed that the students have very good German language skills (around C1) and good English language skills (around B1). In particular, the relevant specialist literature is often in English. You can get advice, particularly on German language skills for international applicants, from the admissions office for international students . The following requirements apply to the language(s) to be chosen during the course of study: No prerequisites (so-called zero languages) need to be met when choosing Chinese, Japanese, Korean ⇒ Courses are counted towards the degree from the beginner level onwards. Only one language is chosen. Requirements must be met for business languages (two languages will be chosen). At the beginning, a placement test is taken, even if the language level is shown on the high school diploma. English: The goal by the end of your studies is to complete the C1 level according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages. French, Italian, Spanish: The goal by the end of your studies is to have at least a B2 level according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages.
