Course description
The consecutive Master’s degree programme in International Business and Consulting offers comprehensive training in Business Administration, focusing on two key international and practical fields. Building on Bachelor’s-level knowledge, it allows students to creatively develop innovative problem-solving skills. Students opting for International Strategic Management work in small, diverse groups, preparing for leadership roles in global companies. All classes and exercises are conducted in English, enhancing presentation and communication skills through real-world simulations. In interactive seminars, students discuss and formulate innovative solutions. Those choosing International Human Resource Management tackle core questions of Strategic Personnel Management. They expand their foundational knowledge by considering strategic and sustainability aspects of Personnel Management. Selected students from both tracks can join the dual award programme with ESC Rennes in France or Symbiosis International University in Pune, India.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Studies from an accredited university, At least 210 credit points.
