With the bachelor's degree program in Sociology, Politics & Economics (SPE) at Zeppelin University (ZU), you can become a problem solver for today's societies. This program integrates the disciplines of sociology, politics, and economics, allowing you to address questions from an interdisciplinary and research-oriented perspective. In the SPE bachelor's program, you will explore the challenges and developments brought by globalization, digitalization, and ecology. Using scientific theories, methods, and models, you will learn to independently answer critical social questions and apply your knowledge responsibly. For instance, you will examine whether social inequality, poverty, and exclusion threaten social peace, how politics and law shape contemporary conflicts, and how migration and urbanization alter living conditions. The program provides a deep understanding of social systems, political mechanisms, and economic influences. These issues are inherently political, often requiring international cooperation and touching on fundamental ethical aspects. The interdisciplinary approach of the Politics, Administration & International Relations (PAIR) program at ZU also addresses these contemporary problems from multiple angles.
