Course description

Manufacturing metallic components is crucial to any national economy. It starts with material production, followed by processing and metal forming, making it one of the most innovative technologies. Engineers specializing in metal production, metal forming, and foundry technology drive this technological progress. The Bachelor's course covers steel production, nonferrous metallurgy, metal forming, and foundry technology. This Master’s program builds on that foundation, offering deeper knowledge and practical skills tied to economic principles. Graduates can pursue careers in various sectors: iron and steelmaking, foundry, metal forming, engineering, refractory, and metal processing industries. They can also work in process development, technical sales and distribution, and research institutions.
