English language skills demonstrated by a recognized language test such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with at least 90 points (internet-based test) or the International English Language Test System (IELTS) with a score of at least 6.5 must be proven. A university entrance qualification acquired at an English-speaking school, a degree course taught entirely in English or English as a native language can be counted as equivalent. Anyone who has acquired an educational qualification in Great Britain, Ireland, the USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia is exempt from taking an English language test. Proof of a GRE General Test with at least 305 points

At least six semesters of a first professional university degree in the field of geosciences with at least 80 percent of the maximum achievable performance.
