PFH offers 49 degree programmes in several different fields, ranging from management to psychology to technology. Six of those are entirely English-taught and there are new programs planned for the upcoming year. Eighteen percent of the university's 4,500 students are international.

PFH boasts extremely high employability rates, with some programs having 99% of PFH graduates start their jobs within a few months after graduation. For example, every single international graduate of the English-taught MSc program in General Management, which was launched in 2016, has found a job within less than eight months, most within three or four. Interdisciplinary exchange is guaranteed through cooperation with both scientific establishments as well as companies, and teaching and research are carried out by absolute experts in their fields.
