Attorney-in-Fact (Company): Expatrio Global Services GmbH

The Principal authorizes the Company to act in the Principal’s name and on the Principal’s behalf in relation to the Principal’s account and related services, including updating or correcting personal details (such as email address), managing account settings, and communicating with third parties as necessary for account administration.

The Company shall act only for the benefit and in the best interests of the Principal and only in accordance with instructions from authorized customers, as defined in the Company’s Terms & Conditions.

The scope, limits, authentication requirements, liability, data protection provisions, and termination rules applicable to this Power of Attorney are set out in the Company’s Terms & Conditions, which form an integral part of this Power of Attorney. 

This Power of Attorney takes effect upon signature and remains in force until revoked by the Principal with future effect in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

This Power of Attorney is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Principal’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
