Course description

This research-intensive Master's program equips students with expertise in modern food processing. The curriculum emphasizes the relationship between complex food matrices and technological processes, aiming to develop and produce nutritious, safe, and non-perishable food and nutrient recipes. Our goal is to prepare students to translate basic research into innovative technological processes.
