Course description

Create breakthrough innovations with software products and go beyond the obvious and ordinary! Whether it's about effectively monitoring industrial plants remotely, tracking a vehicle fleet, or maintaining logistical supply chains, the potential for digital value creation is immense. Billions of devices worldwide are already interacting in the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT has permeated all parts of the economy. Its applications range from real-time goods tracking to logistics, building management, predictive maintenance in industry, and much more. IoT accelerates business processes and is crucial to the success of companies, enabling entirely new business models and services. Creative minds are essential to develop such applications and devices. As an IoT student, you will learn the technical and business basics to create innovative products. You will gain the skills to adapt these products to your customers' needs and make them user-friendly. Focus on one of three areas: design and usability, business, or advanced programming skills. The best way to predict the future is to invent it!
