Course description

The new Geo-Energy Systems degree program stands out by integrating classic engineering disciplines—such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and process engineering—into geo-subsurface processes and the energy industry's various sectors. A major emphasis is on the sustainable use of resources. The Institute of Subsurface Energy Systems offers personalized support, providing numerous opportunities to engage in current research and development projects. Students can also participate in study-related activities and industrial internships through an extensive company network. Additionally, the program prepares students for an international career by gradually increasing the use of English in the curriculum.

To embark on a bachelor’s degree program at TU Clausthal, you need a general university entrance qualification.
