Course description

The interdisciplinary Master's degree program in Life Science Informatics equips graduates to tackle the technical and economic challenges at the crossroads of biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy, and informatics. This program emphasizes scientific and information technology skills, blending research with teaching. The curriculum covers four main areas: Informatics and Mathematics for Natural Scientists, Fundamentals of Life Science Informatics, Chemoinformatics and Computer-Assisted Drug Design, and Biology of Cell and Systems Biology. Informatics and Mathematics for Natural Scientists provide the foundational knowledge necessary for analyzing complex biological data.
