Statistical techniques in the Social and Behavioral Sciences, Economics, and Data Science are deeply interconnected. These fields share a common interdisciplinary foundation, making collaboration crucial for developing and applying methods. Our goal is to train individuals who can navigate and innovate at this intersection. The international MSc Program “Quantitative Data Science Methods: Psychometrics, Econometrics, and Machine Learning” (QDS) is a unique, research-focused two-year study program. It caters to students eager to master advanced quantitative methods in these three disciplines and adeptly transfer methodologies among them. In this program, students delve into subjects like Psychometrics, Econometrics, and Machine Learning. They learn to apply these methods flexibly across different contexts, fostering a robust understanding of each field's nuances.
