Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities

  • Create and manage paid search and display campaigns
  • Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
  • Develop and integrate SEO/SEM strategies by identifying strengths and gaps in the market
  • Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective on-page optimization (site speed, structured data markup, mobile-first, amp, etc)
  • Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users
  • Constant monitoring of keywords and their corresponding rankings in order to improve our marketing activities

Your Profile

  • Good communication skills and being a good team player
  • Proficiency in website design and website maintenance, both on a daily level and for larger website-related projects
  • Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress, Hubspot, Webflow, or Drupal and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Semrush
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Expertise in website design, graphics and layout
  • Knowledge of writing and designing websites
