Product Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Directly working with the founders on product vision and strategy
  • Understanding markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth
  • Continuously improving the product by identifying and driving growth opportunities and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to optimize costs and revenues
  • Creating functional requirements and ensuring the existence of an extensive product backlog
  • Following a rapid prototyping approach by developing product hypotheses, launching MVPs, running A/B tests, evaluating results, and determining next steps
  • Managing the backlog, roadmap, product refinement, and integration conversations with potential partners
  • Working together with a cross-functional team of business analysts, designers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver products that create value to our customers
  • Aligning with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to identify enhancement opportunities as well as to ensure that everybody is in the loop for new iterations of the product
  • Leading a cross-functional team of 3-5 people
  • Preparing performance insights for internal stakeholders (other departments, leadership team)

Your Profile

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech
  • You can keep the big picture in mind but can break it down to the details
  • You are an analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset and hands-on mentality
  • You can clearly specify and explain requirements and you are able to have in-depth discussions with Software Engineers that ensure effective and collective decision making
  • You know what P&L stands for and have a good economical understanding
  • You can turn ambiguous, conflicting, and/or complex inputs into actionable plans
  • You are familiar with concepts like Scrum and Kanban and tools like Notion, Jira, and Tableau
  • You communicate with empathy and exceptional precision
  • You are able to create and support a great work environment for our Product team to thrive in
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus
