Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities

As our HR Manager, you will be the people person at Expatrio, creating an environment that attracts, motivates, and fosters people. You will closely collaborate with the founders on establishing an HR department while being the central contact person for the team and sourcing new talents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the whole employee lifecycle: from role description preparation, recruiting, and on-/ offboarding to contract management, payroll, and absence planning
  • Refining and standardizing talent acquisition approaches and establishing employer branding strategies
  • Implementing standardized recruiting processes and leading interview cycles
  • Further advancing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Standardizing and maintaining employee benefits
  • Participating in the development and execution of personal development plans
  • Fostering teambuilding and further diffusing the company culture
  • Preparing HR related reports for the leadership team

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR position, preferably in a startup
  • Proficiency with HR tools, preferably Personio among others
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Outstanding communication skills and empathetic mindset
  • Independent and self-responsible work approach
  • Working well within a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and German
