Customer Support Agent (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of our growing Operations Team with the opportunity to shape our processes actively. Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for our international users via email and phone
  • Answering questions about our products and guiding users through our processes
  • Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more of our processes/products
  • Working smartly, always looking out for potential ways to make our processes and tools even more efficient and customer-friendly
  • Collaborating with our Product Team to turn improvement ideas into reality
  • Maintaining and improving the self-service area for our users

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience in customer support or communications is a plus
  • Great communication skills and an always positive mindset
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English and a second language (preferably Spanish, Turkish, French, Russian, or Chinese)
